Chris Hulbert is a Marine Corps veteran serving eight years. He worked for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics in the Biomedical industry for 30 years as a Regulatory/Quality and Business Excellence Executive. While with Siemens he developed the Siemens Veterans Network which is a Corporate-wide program to aggressively hire Veterans coming off of active duty. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Advanced Statistics from Georgia State University and a Master's degree in Quality Engineering from Southern Polytechnic University. He is very active in volunteer work; he is the Senior Vice Commandant for the Yellow Footprints detachment of the Marine Corps League. He’s a member of the Disabled American Veterans and AMVETS as well as a 4th degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. He volunteers at the Parris Island Museum. He is currently a Lieutenant in the South Carolina State Guard. The South Carolina State Guard is an all-volunteer force which is activated by the South Carolina State Governor to provide assistance to local communities during natural or manmade disasters.
