With experience leading two Physician Hospital Organizations, serving as a hospital managed care director, and a multi-state provider contracting and relations director for an insurance company, Skinner has a thorough understanding of the complexities of managed care contracting and negotiations. His experience also encompasses commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and workers compensation. The varied background provides a Skinner with a unique perspective into the business of healthcare.
Mr. Skinner also has significant exposure in other areas of healthcare such as disease management, care coordination, quality and outcomes, utilization review, wellness programming, foundation administration, hospital revenue cycle, and health insurance. He has led numerous strategic planning initiatives followed by the development of actionable business plans in each of these areas.
